HDB Public Housing Development, Singapore

This project involved the design and documentation of multiple HDB residential blocks in compliance with strict regulations and architectural standards. I led the development of the comprehensive BIM model, overseeing every stage from concept to final documentation. My role required close coordination with structural and M&E teams, preparation of authority submission drawings, and ensuring that all deliverables met quality benchmarks within the project timeline. Through this process, I ensured seamless integration of design elements, minimization of errors, and alignment with client and regulatory expectations.

MRT Station Design & BIM Coordination, Singapore

For this multi-exit MRT station project, I managed the full BIM modeling and detailing process for architectural and structural components, from facades to underground layouts. I coordinated design inputs from various disciplines, ensuring alignment with project specifications and industry standards. My responsibilities included developing intricate detailing for station finishes, optimizing constructability, and resolving design clashes before construction. This proactive approach not only improved efficiency but also enhanced collaboration among consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, resulting in a well-coordinated and compliant project outcome.
